Food is great but they removed the chairs in the lobby so I had stand the whole time my food was being prepared. Also, it would be helpful if they wrote what the item was on the box.

I have been eating at Jetts since it came to the current location. I always order the deep dish with the crispy crust. Today I ordered a Greek salad. It was delicious. in fact, the best Greek salad I have ever had. It was chock full of toppings. I am now on a mission to try their other salads. Who would have known that a pizza place excelled at making salads. Give one a try the next time you order.
Love the deep dish Detroit style Super Special 8 slice pizza here - only $17.17 if you order by text (go to the website and it will take you to that option.). Pepperoni, mushroom, onion, green pepper, just the right amount of red sauce and mozzarella cheese. No skimping here...it's a great deal!! Also they have super fast and very efficient, pleasant service at this Powell location. Way to go Jets - Powell!

I'm giving Jet'a a 5/5 stars because I want nothing less nor more from my experience. I've gone here for years and the pizza is generally always ready at the quoted time and it seems to always be fresh and hot when you receive it. Thus, I don't necessarily see how they need to improve nor want anything else besides me getting the pizza I paid for. The pizza is a detroit style deep dish, which isn't technically detroit style deep dish because the sauce isn't on top. But, the crust has the same buttery, light, yet crunchinesses to it. I chose to get the pepperoni usually, they have an ezzo pepperoni too which is better, but they definitely act like they come out of their paychecks. So, I usually stay away from order their ezzo pepperonis. Overall, the pizza itself is a 7.1 out of 10. It is exactly what you'd expect out of a detroit style pizza. It's pretty good for a chain and has the market cornered in Columbus as I can't think of any competition it has. I also suggest getting the jets bread as it's their best item on the menu by far. Jets bread can get a 8.6/10 in the garlic bread category. Their food is best hot and fresh so I suggest not waiting too long before digging in!
The pizza quality is amazing! It reminds me of a New York or Chicago deep dish pizza with all the fixings you can think of. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the store is very small so now they have a curbside service where you just call them and let them know that you're sitting out front to pick up your order. Someone comes out, collects the money and then brings your change and goodies out. I have to give it up for the team and management that makes us feel comfortable while serving. Of course I gave the gentleman a $20 tip just because of his hard work and of course, if you've read my reviews, I love smiles and reciprocating then back. They definitely have them!
